Abstract

Part III of this book introduced the QFD matrix House of Quality, and Part IV introduced the theory and use of the upstream and downstream matrices for the process industries. In the use of the QFD methodology in other manufacturing industries, the matrices can naturally also be used; however, for this part of the book, the process-industrial environment has been selected.
