Abstract

Multiple criteria and multiple constraint level linear programming (MC2LP) is an extension of linear programming (LP) and multiple criteria linear programming (MCLP). While LP has successfully handled decision problems with a single criterion (objective) and a single (fixed) resource availability level, MCLP has effectively studied trade-offs in multiple criteria decision problems. Both, however, lack flexibility in dealing with decision problems in which constraints have multiple resource availability levels. (MC2LP) is a tool that can solve such decision problems. This paper introduces concepts, formula, computer software, and applications of MC2LP. We hope it will be of interest to practitioners.
