Abstract

The worldview of the Universal Paradigm is a revolutionary challenge to mainstream economic, social, ethical and scientific doctrines that have filled up the pages and swayed the Western mind for the last two hundred years and more. The fact is that Western civilization, despite its great technological and scientific feats, has increasingly proved to be bereft of morals and ethics. The Occidental world-system neither has the methodology nor the will and mind to endogenize the true meaning of ethics, participation and unity in the comity of self and other. This is true as much of the body of academic intellection as for the practitioner's world, for the individual and the community.
