Abstract

The Sui and Tang Dynasties witnessed the Chinese feudal economy and culture climb in a vigorous way to a new high. After the previous 400 years of national assimilation and fusion during the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, China experienced a new infusion of blood. The joint efforts of all nationalities created the advanced material and spiritual civilizations in the history of Chinese feudal society. This in turn laid a solid foundation for her opening-up to the world…
