Abstract

The following sections are included:Ethiopia’s flow of resources is complex, and bottlenecks have influenced the utilization of resources, especially among primary health care facilities.Primary care facilities indicate levels of inefficiencies, but the poor are benefiting from government-provided health facilities.The Ethiopian government is not paying for all of its primary health care system, but it began to increase the portion in recent years.Ethiopia demonstrated strong high-level government commitment to address financing issues found in this comprehensive analysis, which has resulted in using the findings to influence policy decisions.
