Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present and describe a managerial model the European companies can apply, concerning the three dimensions (social, environmental and economic) of Corporate Social Responsibility as the European Commission and the European Union Institutions have already determined. The development of the described managerial model, according to the European vision of CSR, is based to the Deming's Quality Circle (PDCA). It can be applied at all types of companies in Europe with international activities and it must be mentioned that this model has been already implemented by a Greek big company.
