Abstract

After Lithuania's entrance into European Union the necessity to promote regions endeavour to increase competitiveness is become very important. Effective risk management is one of the main tasks creating opportune environment for competitive business in region. In order to increase competitiveness of region and as a result to obtain regional sustainable development means for the effective risks management must be designed. This paper presents the fundamental principles of formation of one of these means - Regional business risk informative system (REGBRIS).
