Enterprise-Centric Learning Methods Using Erp and Collaborative Tools

The continuous need of enhance graduates readiness to labour market imposes new learning environments and methods. After the advances of cloud technologies and collaboration tools on companies’ level, the employers ask, more and more, that graduates, their future employees, to understand and proficient use the collaborative environment. The present paper presents an initiative of two Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance members to use the enterprise-centric learning method, based on ERP support and collaborative tools, in order to recreate the real companies’ environment. Together with the IT infrastructure, the learning method is depicted, covering the entire enterprise lifecycle. The learning method supposes an initial assessment of students’ participant into the program, necessary to decide their future role to play into the enterprise-centric learning environment. Further, the enterprise development is emphasized in the context of cluster organization. The student might explore, without fear of fail, many positions inside of one enterprise, to be hired or to quit, being an entrepreneur of to be an employee.
