Abstract

Success is the desire of any organization when implementing digital transformation. However, digital transformation is a complex problem, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which have certain limitations in terms of resources. This research analyzes a sample of 186 Vietnamese SMEs to determine the factors affecting the success of digital transformation. The study used SPSS 20 software to analyze quantitative data. The results state that digital transformation strategy and human resources capability positively impact digital transformation success in Vietnamese SMEs. The research proposed some recommendations for stakeholders to promote successful digital transformation for small and medium firms in Vietnam.
