Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Kap. 4 haben wir gesehen, mit welchen Ergebnissen China die Politik umgesetzt hat, die ‚den Menschen an erster Stelle‘ setzt, um die negativen Folgen zu korrigieren, die durch die von Deng Xiaoping seit 1978 umgesetzte Strategie ‚wirtschaftliche Entwicklung zuerst‘ entstanden sind. Diese Neuausrichtung der Entwicklung hin zu einer Politik, die wirtschaftliche und soziale Entwicklung integriert, war möglich dank der Veränderungen in der Struktur der Macht, insbesondere des Entscheidungsprozesses, der Entwicklung von NGOs, der Einfuhr westlicher Technologien, wie zum Beispiel Fracking von Schiefergas, und der Einfuhr von Public Private Partnerships, als Beispiel für westliche Managementarrangements.
