Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel erfahren Sie, wie Sie eine tragfähige E-Commerce-Strategie in China formulieren, wie Sie am besten mit der Plattform arbeiten, wie Sie einen Tmall-Partner (TP) auswählen, welche Auswirkungen der E-Commerce auf die Gesellschaft und die Umwelt hat und was Sie über den chinesischen Markt hinaus wissen sollten. Das Tmall-Modell wird auch auf andere Plattformen angewandt. Wenn Alibaba in andere Länder expandiert und neue Marktplätze entstehen, wird das Tmall-Modell auch auf andere Märkte übertragen.
