Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Basis einer Führungsbeziehung ist Vertrauen. Dabei dürfen wir uns Führungsbeziehungen nicht statisch vorstellen. Beziehungen entwickeln sich – wenn es gut geht – und sie werden immer wieder in Frage gestellt. „Beziehungskrisen“ sind unvermeidlich – Beziehungen wachsen oder zerbrechen daran. Ihr Zerbrechen ist oftmals Konsequenz eines Strukturfehlers in der Beziehung, der in der Regel bereits bei der Beziehungsaufnahme angelegt wurde. Dieses gilt es so früh wie möglich zu erkennen. Beziehungen sind – in jeweils sehr individuellen Grenzen – fehlertolerant. Sie erlauben Fehler; ihre aktive Gestaltung dient dazu, (Struktur-)Fehler zu erkennen, die gegenseitigen Erwartungen zu klären und damit der Steigerung der Fehlertoleranz. Je mehr dasVertrauen wächst – dadurch, dass man sich in der Entwicklung der Beziehung immer besser kennen lernt, dadurch, dass man gemeinsamwichtige Erfahrungen gemacht,Krisen gemeistert und Positives durcheinander erfahren hat – desto robuster wird die Beziehung.
