Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Initiierung und Umsetzung von „Änderung und Wandel“ gehört neben den traditionellen Managementfunktionen, wie „Planung“, „Kontrolle“, „Organisation“ und „Mitarbeiterführung“, zum zentralen Aufgabenfeld von Führungskräften (vgl. insb. Steinle 2005). In der Literatur lässt sich eine Vielzahl von Empfehlungen dazu finden, wie dieses Aufgabenfeld ausgefüllt werden sollte. Unter Bezeichnungen wie „Leading Change“ (vgl. Kotter 1996) oder „Ten Commandments for Executing Change“ (vgl. Kanter/Stein/Jick 1992) haben sich „rezeptartige“ Tätigkeitskataloge verbreitet, die bei entsprechender Anwendung ein erfolgreiches Management von Changeprozessen in Aussicht stellen.
