Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kooperative Strategien spielen eine zunehmend wichtige Rolle für das Technologie-und Innovationsmanagement, sind aber auch mit besonderen Schwierigkeiten der Koordinierung und oft mit außerordentlichen Risiken verbunden. Der folgende Beitrag nennt Gründe für die Zunahme von Kooperationen, beschreibt unterschiedliche Formen von Technologie-Allianzen und ordnet den jeweiligen Projekttypen die passende organisatorische Form zu. Methoden des Projektmanagements werden weiterentwickelt für die Strukturierung partnerschaftlicher Projekte und es wird gezeigt, wie die beteiligten Partner vorgehen können, um Verbundprojekte zum Erfolg zu führen.
