Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer dynamischen Welt erfordern Neuerungs- und Änderungsvorhaben meist solche Ressourcen, die in der Organisation kaum verfügbar sind bzw. erst geschaffen werden müssen. Es ist daher einerseits wünschenswert, dass Projekte strategische Ressourcen aufbauen helfen, und andererseits, dass sie sich in freier Wahl Ressourcen außerhalb der Organisation bedienen können. Hier die richtige Ausgewogenheit zwischen Projektportfolio- und Ressourcenmanagement zu schaffen, ist eine komplexe, wohl aber entscheidende Aufgabe.
