Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es darum, wie der Innovationsprozess aufgebaut ist und welche Schritte Sie auf dem Weg zur erfolgreichen Innovation gehen sollten. Der Innovationsprozess mit seinem Instrumentarium lässt sich in drei Bereiche aufteilen. In dem ersten Bereich geht es darum, die internen Rahmenbedingungen zu schaffen, die für die Realisierung von Innovationen und neuen Produkten Erfolg versprechend sind. Im zweiten Bereich geht es um die Einsatzmöglichkeiten der Techniken bzw. Stufen der Innovationsprozessdurchführung, die für die Entscheidungsbildung notwendig sind. Der dritte Bereich ist durch die externen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten gekennzeichnet, die von dem Unternehmen im Innovationsprozess mit eingeschaltet werden sollten.
