Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Operationalisierung der Strategie unterliegt in der modernen Netzwerkorganisation zwei Grundideen: Arbeit wird limitiert, um die Organisation nicht zu überfordern und gleichzeitig lieferfähig zu bleiben. Dazu ist es notwendig, jederzeit zu priorisieren. Wenn nicht an allem gearbeitet werden kann, dann muss zwingend am richtigen gearbeitet werden. Arbeit wird demnach stets aus der Strategie abgeleitet und nicht umgekehrt. Um Arbeit limitieren und priorisieren zu können, bedarf es eines operativen Portfolios, das geeignet ist, alle Arbeit in Organisation und deren Fertigstellungsgrad sichtbar zu machen. Die Fertigstellung der Arbeit folgt einem Wertstrom, bei dem der Fluss der Arbeit durch die Organisation Schritt für Schritt mit Kundenwert angereichert wird. Ist die Arbeit auf der rechten Seite des Prozesses angekommen, ist der Kundenwert erzeugt und die Arbeit erfüllt einen unmittelbaren Kundenbedarf.
