Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird der Nutzen von System 3 untersucht, einer innovativen Entscheidungsunterstützung, die Wissensarbeitern, Managern und Unternehmen helfen kann, ihre Produktivität und Effizienz zu steigern. Der Abschnitt „Nutzen für den Wissensarbeiter“ behandelt die Rolle von System 3 bei der Minderung kognitiver Verzerrungen, wie zum Beispiel Wahrnehmungsverzerrungen, übermäßige Zuversicht, Verfügbarkeitsheuristik, Einfluss von Emotionen auf das Denken, Bestätigungsfehler, Framing-Effekt und Ankerheuristik. Durch den Einsatz von System 3 können Wissensarbeiter bessere Entscheidungen treffen und ihr kritisches Denken verbessern. Im Abschnitt „Nutzen für den Manager“ liegt der Fokus auf der Anwendung von System 3 im Management des Neuen und des Bestehenden sowie in der Organisation der Arbeit. Darüber hinaus wird der Nutzen von System 3 im Kontext der Grundsätze des Managements erörtert, indem es den Managern ermöglicht, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen, um eine effektivere und effizientere Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen. Der Abschnitt „Nutzen für das Unternehmen“ zeigt auf, wie System 3 dazu beitragen kann, die Gesamtperformance des Unternehmens zu verbessern, indem es Prozesse optimiert und die Entscheidungsfindung auf allen Ebenen unterstützt. Schließlich werden die wichtigsten Erkenntnisse und Vorteile von System 3 für Wissensarbeiter, Manager und Unternehmen zusammengefasst und die Bedeutung von System 3 als hilfreiches Instrument für eine nachhaltige und erfolgreiche Organisation wird betont.
