Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Arbeitsrecht kennt die Fürsorgepflicht des Arbeitgebers; insofern wird niemand behaupten wollen, es handele sich nicht um eine Führungsaufgabe. Sie lässt sich aber durchaus unterschiedlich interpretieren. Recht eindeutig gehört der Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz dazu, der freilich in vielen Organisationen merkwürdige Blüten treibt. Welche das sind und wie echter Gesundheits- und Balanceprobleme in den Griff zu bekommen sind, erfahren Sie in diesem Kapitel. Auch richtig verstandene Veränderungsbegleitung – den viel missbrauchten Begriff „Change Management“ mag wohl keiner mehr hören – ordne ich hier ein. Außerdem geht es darum, wie Mitarbeitende in den „Flow“, den Schaffensfluss, kommen, denn dies ist nicht nur die gesündeste, sondern auch die produktivste Art zu arbeiten.
