Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 8 setzt sich mit der Erarbeitung und Bewertung von Lösungsvarianten auseinander und deckt damit die Schritte 3 bis 6 des allgemeinen heuristischen Problemlösungsverfahrens ab. Zuerst wird die Erarbeitung von Lösungsvarianten in Schritt 3 erklärt. Es folgen Ausführungen zur Festlegung der Entscheidungskriterien, dem Inhalt von Schritt 4. In Schritt 5 „Evtl. Festlegung von Umfeldszenarien“ hat der Aktor zu entscheiden, ob Umfeldszenarien benötigt werden. Falls dies der Fall ist, hat er die Szenarien zu definieren. Die Resultate der Schritte 3, 4 und 5 ermöglichen es, in Schritt 6 die Entscheidungsmatrix zu erstellen und die Einzelkonsequenzen der Varianten zu ermitteln.
