Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Identifikation und Definition des Wertes eines Produkts ist wichtiger als die effiziente Entwicklung, denn Effizienz führt ohne Effektivität zu kostengünstigem Müll. Es bringt nichts, das falsche Produkt in hoher Geschwindigkeit zu entwickeln. Daher ist es unerlässlich, genau zu erforschen, welche Probleme für welche Nutzergruppe gelöst werden sollen. (Proto-)Personas stellen hier den Ausgangspunkt dar, ergänzt um motivierende Ziele, ein transparentes Geschäftsmodell, einen klaren Blick auf die Passung von Produkt und Kundenproblem sowie die Planung der Arbeit in einer aus Kundensicht logischen Form. All diese Informationen befinden sich in Wechselwirkung mit Value Darts, einer strategischen Entscheidungshilfe zur Priorisierung von Vorhaben.
