Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die schnelle Gewinnung von qualitativ hochwertigem Personal ist in den letzten Jahren zu einer der herausforderndsten Managementdisziplinen in Unternehmen geworden. Darunter haben insbesondere mittelständische Unternehmen und Start-ups zu kämpfen, die noch heute über keine große Marken- oder Produktbekanntschaft verfügen und somit keinen Sogeffekt auf potenzielle Kandidaten im Arbeitsmarkt ausüben können. Umso wichtiger ist es aber gerade für diese Art von Unternehmen, dass sich die Themen Personalgewinnung und auch -bindung regelmäßig auf der Top-Management-Agenda wiederfinden. Hier meine ich keine Lippenbekenntnisse von Unternehmern und Führungskräften, sondern den klaren Willen, nachhaltige Strategien für die Recruiting-Bereiche zu entwickeln und diese mit umfangreichen Investments in Personal, Systeme und Kampagnen zu untermauern. Ein „Recruiting Light“ wird zukünftig keine Erfolge mehr bei der Gewinnung von Personal bringen!
