Abstract

The desired corporate culture must be experienced in everyday working life. Culture Hacks are the link between the desired corporate culture and concrete behaviour. Used correctly, they are a central source of personnel and organisational development. The effects are manifold, in addition to individual development, teams and the entire organisation are also developed. At the same time, they open up the perspective of the company as a laboratory that allows innovation, promotes intrapreneurship, fills values with concrete life, brings the emotional component of togetherness to the development of personal, team-oriented and organisational competencies and makes the company as a whole more agile. Culture Hacks are catalysts of entrepreneurial development as instruments for influencing mindsets and behaviour.
