Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 6 gibt einen Einblick in einen aktuellen Trend – die Entstehung von Netzwerken und Allianzen für Nachhaltigkeit. Netzwerke sind ein strategischer Kernansatz für transformative Führung. Vernetztes Handeln ist ein absolut entscheidendes Element für Nachhaltigkeitstransformationen und wenn es funktioniert, wahrscheinlich das einzige, das uns als menschliche Gemeinschaft in die Lage versetzt, schnell genug Lösungen für unsere großen Herausforderungen zu finden. Netzwerke, die transformativ wirken sollen, müssen sehr bewusst aufgebaut und orchestriert werden. Wie immer sie auch heißen – Allianzen, Bewegungen oder Koalitionen –, es geht darum, menschliche Verbindungen so herzustellen, dass nicht nur bestimmte Aspekte eines Themas oder eines Handlungsrahmens verändert werden, sondern zusätzlich Rahmenbedingungen und politische Entscheidungen sich ändern, Innovationspotenziale besser genutzt werden und mehr Akteure gleichzeitig in die Veränderungen einsteigen. Daher sind Netzwerkstrategien zentral in der Art und Weise, wie Führung transformativ wird.
