Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im folgenden Abschnitt beschreibe ich Settings, die vom klassischen Arrangement der Mediation abweichen. Durch alternative Settings werden Möglichkeitsräume geschaffen, um in schwierigen oder herausfordernden Situationen neue Perspektiven zu eröffnen. Doch dabei ist Vorsicht geboten: Diese speziellen Settings sind nicht so sehr für Mediationsverfahren geeignet, die problemlos nach dem regulären Prozessmodell ablaufen. Sie (bzw. die meisten von ihnen) sind eher für Situationen gedacht, wo man mit den bewährten Gesprächs- und Fragetechniken nicht mehr weiterkommt. In solchen können diese speziellen Settings Wunder wirken. Sie sind allerdings unbedingt sparsam und gut überlegt einzusetzen.
