Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bereits in der Einleitung (Abschn. 1.4) haben wir gezeigt, dass die größte präventive Wirkung zur Reduktion der Herstellungskosten im Produktentstehungsprozess erreicht werden kann. Eine Erkenntnis, die mit Sicherheit von allen erfahrenen Managern und Planern einer Montage geteilt werden kann. Mit zunehmender Ausdehnung von Modell-Mix-Montagen des Typs 3 werden die Lösungsräume des Mixed-Modell Assembly Design (MMAD) für effektive und effiziente Montagen kleiner, die gesamte Grenzkurve wird nach rechts oben verschoben.
