Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der chemischen Industrie sind effektive Krisenbewältigungsstrukturen, insbesondere bei den großen Chemiestandorten in Deutschland, integraler Bestandteil des Risikomanagements und der Sicherheitsarchitektur. Die Standorte verfügen seit Jahrzehnten über professionelle und in der Praxis erprobte Notfall- und Krisenmanagementsysteme mit den dazugehörigen leistungsfähigen Führungsstäben zur Bewältigung von hochdynamischen Schadensfällen und anderen Ereignissen mit Krisenpotenzial. Anpassungen an neue Herausforderungen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklungen bestehender Systeme und Strukturen sowie die Umsetzung eines wirksamen Wissensmanagements sind dabei essenzielle Bestandteile der Krisenprävention. Der Beitrag beschreibt praxisorientiert die wesentlichen Bestandteile und Strukturen eines leistungsfähigen betrieblichen Notfall- und Krisenmanagements am Beispiel eines großen Chemieparkstandortes und geht auch auf neue Entwicklungen und Ansätze, speziell im Bereich der Krisenkommunikation, ein.
