Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sie bekommen als Projektleiter den Auftrag, eine Veränderung oder Verbesserung mittels eines Projektes herbeizuführen, einen neuen Prozess zu gestalten oder ein Produkt zu entwickeln. Wie können Sie Ihr Projekt planen? Lassen Sie uns zuerst im Überblick die einzelnen Schritte durchgehen: Ausgangspunkt ist die Grundidee, die Vision. Nach weiteren Stationen wie der Projektgenehmigung können die Anforderungen im sogenannten Produkt Backlog gesammelt werden. Anschließend wird festgelegt, in welchen „Wellen“ oder Releases die Anforderungen umgesetzt und die Lösung eingesetzt werden kann. Zusätzlich erhalten Sie einige erste Hinweise für Workshops. Agile Methoden legen sehr viel Wert auf die Interaktion und das gemeinsame Arbeiten. Sie werden daher gerade hier in der Planung einige Tools kennenlernen, bei denen Ergebnisse gemeinsam in Workshops erarbeitet werden. Dieses Kapitel will Ihnen – wie der Name sagt- einen „roten Faden“ und eine „Überblickskarte“ für die Projektplanung bieten. Einzelne Stationen der Karte werden in eigenen Kapiteln im Detail behandelt werden. Sie lernen aber in diesem Überblickkapitel bereits einige wichtige Begrifflichkeiten der agilen Planung kennen.
