Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vollständige und korrekte Daten sind eine zentrale Grundlage für werteorientierte Führung und erfolgreiche Corporate Governance. Vor diesem Hintergrund haben nichtfinanzielle Interne Kontrollsysteme sowohl für interne als auch externe Stakeholder an Bedeutung gewonnen. Um die Effektivität und Effizienz dieser Kontrollsysteme zu sichern, müssen prozessuale und strukturelle Erfolgsfaktoren berücksichtigt werden.
