Abstract

Zusammenfassung Restrukturierungen werden meist mit in Schieflage geratenen Unternehmen in Verbindung gebracht. Den Unternehmen gelingt es dabei nicht, sich rechtzeitig und richtig auf den zunehmenden Wandel ihres Umfelds einzustellen. Für den nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg ist das Erkennen eines zukünftigen relevanten Wandels sowie die effektive und effiziente Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Lösungen noch vor Eintritt des Wandels unabdingbar. Basierend auf den sogenannten „7P“ (Plan, Personen, Partitionierung, Prozesse, Plattformen, Portfolio und Performance) kann das Unternehmen den notwendigen strategischen und strukturellen bzw. organisatorischen Wandel rechtzeitig, rasch und effizient vollziehen. Da jedes Unternehmen in seinem Kern und seiner Struktur einzigartig ist, sollten die Unternehmen die konkreten Handlungsfelder für ihren individuellen Bedarf ausgestalten.
