Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kapitel 7 beschäftigt sich mit dem Faktor „Durchführungsort“ im Rahmen der Vorbereitung eines Corporate Think Tanks. Drei Aspekte werden beleuchtet: Die Bedeutung eines abgeschotteten „Tanks“, um zu gewährleisten, dass störungsfrei und konzentriert gearbeitet werden kann (Abschn. 7.1). Die Relevanz von bedarfsgerechten sowie flexibel nutzbaren Raumkonzepten, um zu betonen, dass diese in besonderem Maße der Vorgehensweise bei Denkfabriken entsprechen (Abschn. 7.2). Der Nutzen einer inspirierenden Umgebung, um zu verdeutlichen, wie diese eine Auswirkung auf Motivation und Kreativität der Think-Tank-Teilnehmer haben kann (Abschn. 7.3).
