Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie essen Sie einen Elefanten? In Stücken. Dieser Kalauer unter Agile Coaches ist jedoch das, was jede Firma braucht. Kleine, verdaubare Arbeitshappen, die schnell überprüft werden und an die Rückmeldung der Kunden oder die neue Realität angepasst werden können. Und dabei arbeiten 80 % hauptsächlich agil (The 16th State of Agile Report | Webinars | Digital.ai. (o. J.). Ganz viele kommen nicht einmal über eine sehr ausführliche Planungsphase hinaus und verbrennen Millionen Euro real. Noch mehr verbrennen sie dadurch, dass das Potenzial, welches mit einer agileren Arbeitsweise einhergeht, nicht gehoben wird. Die Beträge gehen in manchen Unternehmen in die Milliarden. Und manche sind von Marktführern zu Nischenanbietern transformiert, siehe NOKIA. Was sind dabei die häufigsten Fehler, die gemacht werden? Oftmals nicht extra, sondern unabsichtlich. Und welche Maßnahmen können ergriffen werden, um eine agilere Arbeitsweise zu implementieren – sogar ohne direkt ein Milliardenprojekt zu starten?
