Abstract

Zusammenfassung Persönlichkeitstests und persönlichkeitsdiagnostische Verfahren werden in der Personalentwicklung, speziell bei der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitender, viel zu selten eingesetzt. Sie erfahren, warum das so ist. Zudem zeigen wir, dass und warum es notwendig ist, von dieser Vernachlässigung abzurücken und Tests und Eignungsdiagnostik zu nutzen, um die Passung zwischen Persönlichkeit und Position, zwischen Mitarbeitenden und Arbeitsplätzen sicherzustellen.
