Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Kapitel „Methoden für die Entwicklung datenbasierter Dienstleistungen“ wird erläutert, wie der Prozess von der Ideengenerierung über die Ideenauswahl bis zur Umsetzungsplanung anhand konkreter Methoden realisiert wird. Pro Phase werden Methoden vorgestellt und Beispiele genannt, um den Prozess zu veranschaulichen.
