Abstract

Zusammenfassung Erfolgreiche Digitalisierung von Krankenhausprozessen erfordert eine Zusammenführung der Perspektiven von klinischem Bereich und der IT. Diese sind durch unterschiedliche Kulturen und Prioritäten geprägt, die Grund für zahlreiche Missverständnisse und Konflikte sein können, welche wiederum technische und inhaltliche Mängel in der Umsetzung sowie eine unzureichende Compliance bei der späteren Erfassung von Daten zur Folge haben können. Entscheidend für den Erfolg sind daher Personen, die beide Seiten verstehen und vereinen können. Dies sind insbesondere der strategisch positionierte Health Data Officer. IT-Mitarbeiter mit klinischem Hintergrund („Juwelen“), die in beiden Bereichen über Erfahrung aus erster Hand verfügen, sowie klinische Mitarbeiter mit besonderem Talent und Motivation („Hidden Champions“), die sich an der Digitalisierung in ihrem Arbeitsbereich beteiligen und dessen Entwicklung spürbar vereinfachen und beschleunigen können.
