Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die umfassende Nutzung von Gesundheitsdaten ist von zentraler Bedeutung, um auch in Zukunft eine qualitativ hochwertige und effiziente Leistungserbringung im Krankenhaus gewährleisten zu können. Dabei ist die Unterstützung durch die Ärzteschaft entscheidend, da diese sowohl wesentliche Nutzer als auch Produzenten von Gesundheitsdaten sind. Zukünftige Datenstrategien müssen die Mediziner daher frühzeitig in den Entwicklungsprozess einbeziehen, um deren individuelle Anforderungen besser abbilden zu können. Bestehende Strukturen und Prozesse sind so anzupassen, dass sich digitale Technologien selbstverständlich in den Behandlungsalltag einfügen und die Ärzte spürbar entlasten. Greifbare Mehrwerte im Arbeitsalltag durch die Nutzung von Gesundheitsdaten und kontinuierliche Fortbildungsprogramme schaffen die notwendige Akzeptanz. Nicht zuletzt gilt es, einen pragmatischen und praxistauglichen Datenschutz zu etablieren, der Ärztinnen und Ärzte nicht vor unüberschaubare Haftungsrisiken stellt.
