Abstract

Zusammenfassung Welche Herausforderungen haben Unternehmen in unserer komplexen Arbeitswelt zu bewältigen? Welche Rolle spielt dabei die Unternehmenskultur? Wie kann Team- und Gruppencoaching zur Gestaltung der Unternehmenskultur beitragen? Dieser Beitrag geht auf die Bedeutung einer konstruktiven, positiven Unternehmenskultur in Bezug auf ausgewählte Herausforderungen, denen Unternehmen in unserer VUCA-Welt laufend begegnen, ein. Er zeigt auf, wie die aktive, bewusste Gestaltung der Unternehmenskultur durch Team- und Gruppencoaching unterstützt werden kann. New Work, das neue Normal der Arbeit, Workforce Transformation, lernende Organisation, digitale Transformation, erhöhte Arbeitsbelastung, Fehlerkultur, Kultur der sozialen Unterstützung, abteilungsübergreifende Kooperation und Kommunikation sind die Themenfelder, die besprochen werden. Es wird gezeigt, welche Anforderungen aus der makroökonomischen Umwelt an die Unternehmen und ihre Unternehmenskultur gestellt werden und wie Team- und Gruppencoaching die aktive Weiterentwicklung, Anpassung und Gestaltung einer positiven Unternehmenskultur auf allen Ebenen unterstützen kann.
