Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nun haben wir uns bis hierher Signale angeschaut, die wir bei anderen beobachten können oder selber aussenden. Sie haben nun einen Überblick, welche Signale eher als positiv und welche eher als negativ einzustufen sind bzw. welche Motivation ggf. hinter den angewandten Signalen steht. Nun stellt sich die Frage, wie kommen wir nun in – zunächst guten – Kontakt mit unserem Gegenüber? Wie kommen wir in die gelungene Interaktion, wie können wir erreichen, dass sich unser Gegenüber gut mit uns fühlt – und wir so bestenfalls mehr Informationen erhalten können, seien sie verbal oder nonverbal?
