Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Theorie der Unternehmung antizipiert die vollständige Funktionsfähigkeit des Unternehmens. Einziger Akteur ist der Unternehmer, der rational handelt, Kosten kalkuliert, den Nutzen betrachtet und direkten Einfluss auf die Produktionsfaktoren besitzt. Der Unternehmer kennt die Anforderungen an die Produktionsfaktoren und die Produktionsfaktoren entsprechen seiner Vorstellung. Weiterhin herrscht vollständige Gewissheit über Informationen. Als oberstes und einziges Zielparameter wird die Gewinnmaximierungshypothese unterstellt. Die Unternehmung passt sich diesbezüglich vollumfänglich flexibel an ändernde Rahmenbedingungen an.
