Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unter Recruiting Analytics versteht man den Aufbau eines Kennzahlensystems, dass es ermöglicht, Recruiting-Aktivitäten rückblickend zu bewerten und deren Erfolg zu kontrollieren sowie mit den gewonnenen Daten zukünftige Aktivitäten besser planen und steuern zu können. Im Recruiting ermöglicht Analytics durch den Einsatz verschiedener Tools u. a. genaue Auskunft darüber zu erhalten, wie viel es gekostet hat und wie lange es dauerte, eine neue Stelle zu besetzen und welche umgesetzten Maßnahmen am erfolgreichsten waren (vgl. Schrader 2020, S. 41).
