Abstract

Zusammenfassung Diese Kapitel fasst die bis hierhin erarbeiteten Erfolgsfaktoren für eine RPA-Einführung zusammen und erläutert diese zusammenhängend und detailliert. Zusätzlich werden auch bis hierhin noch nicht im Detail behandelte Erfolgsfaktoren, wie die Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen, ergänzt. Letztere besitzen vor allem in der Finanzwirtschaft eine große Bedeutung, vermehrt auch für den großen Bereich der Informationstechnologien. Es wird gezeigt, wie sich mit einer Berücksichtigung der Erfolgsfaktoren, die in der Praxis immer wieder genannten Hemmnisse und Herausforderungen bewältigen lassen.
