Abstract

Zusammenfassung Heute fordern Arbeitnehmende beides: Sicherheit und Flexibilität. Wie schaffen Unternehmen ein attraktives Arbeitgeberangebot, das diesen Erwartungen gerecht wird? New Work als Leitprinzip vereint Modelle des flexiblen Arbeitens mit Strategien zur besseren Begleitung und Bindung von Mitarbeitenden. So stärken Unternehmen ihre Führung und fördern ihre Attraktivität für Bewerber:innen. Worauf es bei der Neupositionierung im Sinne von New Work ankommt, erklärt der folgende Beitrag.
