Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es, einen Überblick über die „neuen“ Arbeitsformen des Crowdworkings bzw. der Plattformarbeit zu geben und die wichtigsten rechtlichen Erwägungen in diesem Kontext darzustellen. Dabei wird deutlich, dass Crowdworking eine große Flexibilität für Unternehmen und Crowdworker bietet, ein erhebliches Wachstum verzeichnet und das Potenzial hat, die „Arbeitswelt von morgen“ mitzubestimmen. Gleichwohl gibt es – wie bei fast allen neuen Arbeitsformen –noch zahlreiche rechtliche Unklarheiten. Wie sich die daraus für Unternehmen resultierenden Risiken reduzieren lassen und wie der Gesetzgeber den daraus resultierenden Unklarheiten begegnen will, soll dieses Kapitel aufzeigen.
