Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Vier Tage Woche bietet für Unternehmen, Arbeitgeber und Arbeitnehmer einen echten Mehrwert und sie liegt für viele in greifbarer Nähe. Meist ist sie nur verschüttet unter schlechten Arbeitsabläufen und Praktiken. Es gilt sich dieser bewusst zu machen, sie zu verändern und von den Vorteilen einer optimierten Arbeitswoche zu profitieren. Zu häufig wird in Debatten gegen die Vier Tage Woche mit der Angst vor einem Produktivitätsverlusts und dem Vorwurf der Faulheit argumentiert. Genau das Gegenteil ist aber der Fall: Die laufenden Experimente zu dieser neuen Arbeitsform zeigen eine Erhöhung der Produktivität und Motivation.
