Abstract

Zusammenfassung „Work From Anywhere“ hat sich als das neue Trendmodell von „New Work“ herausgestellt und lässt dem Arbeitnehmer die Wahlfreiheit unter einer Vielzahl in Betracht kommender Arbeitsorte. Insbesondere bei der damit einhergehenden Tätigkeit im Ausland müssen viele Vorgaben verschiedenster Rechtsgebiete eingehalten werden, damit Arbeitgeber Haftungsrisiken vermeiden oder jedenfalls eindämmen können. Für die Praxis sind in Vorbereitung der Einführung von Work from Anywhere der Abschluss von Betriebsvereinbarungen sowie individualvertragliche Vereinbarungen zu empfehlen. Mit der notwendigen Vorarbeit und Erprobung kann Work from Anywhere erfolgreich und rechtssicher in Unternehmen umgesetzt werden, so dass sowohl Arbeitnehmer als auch Arbeitgeber von den Vorteilen profitieren können.
