Abstract

Zusammenfassung Leben in ländlichen Regionen, selbstbestimmt und autonom bis ins hohe Lebensalter, ist nicht immer einfach und abhängig vom individuellen Wohlbefinden und Gesundheitszustand. Digitale Gesundheitsleistungen können hier einen Wertbeitrag leisten, wenn sie nicht nur innoviert, sondern auch von den Anwender:innen akzeptiert werden. Im Fokus des Beitrags steht die Erörterung des Status quo des Nutzer:innenverhaltens bezüglich digitaler Gesundheitsleistungen im ländlichen Raum. Die Ergebnisse basieren auf einer ersten Pilotstudie, durchgeführt im Rahmen des Gesundheitstages Osthessen in Fulda 2019. Es zeigt sich, dass Menschen auch mit zunehmendem Alter bereit und in der Lage sind, digitale Unterstützungsleistungen kennenzulernen, sie anzuwenden und auch dauerhaft zu nutzen. Hierzu bedarf es aber neben dem dreiphasigen Durchlaufen des Akzeptanzprozesses auch einer Unterstützung durch Dritte.
