Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wer Wissenschaft erfolgreich machen will, muss den Wissenschaftsbetrieb verstehen. Dazu hilft ein Blick auf die Akteure und systemische Zusammenhänge. Als Basis für unser Ziel, Wissenschaft erfolgreicher und wirkungsvoller zu machen und für einen gesamtheitlichen systemischen Blick auf den Wissenschaftsbetrieb verwenden wir die Metapher vom Ökosystem, um die Komplexität der internen und externen Akteure und Wechselwirkungen klar zu machen.
