Abstract

Zusammenfassung Soziale Medien sind ein fester Bestandteil unserer Gesellschaft geworden und beeinflussen zunehmend auch die Kommunikation bzw. Produktivität von Unternehmen und Organisationen, z. B. als Instrument zum Austausch mit Kunden/Geschäftspartnern, aber auch als mögliche Quelle der Ablenkung oder „Inspiration“. In diesem Beitrag wird – auf Basis einer Befragung/Stichprobe von 484 Personen – untersucht, welchen Einfluss die Nutzung und Bewertung von sozialen Medien durch die Beschäftigten auf die Arbeitsproduktivität im öffentlichen Dienst (in Deutschland) hat.
