Abstract

Zusammenfassung Lösungswissende Der Austausch von Wissen gehört heute zu den elementaren Erfolgskriterien in Unternehmen, liebe Leserin und lieber Leser. Informationen und Ideen zu teilen, Projekte abteilungsübergreifend gemeinsam voranzutreiben, digitale Technologien für die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zu nutzen und aus Lösungswissen neues Geschäft zu generieren, all dies sollte selbstverständlich sein. Diese Art des Miteinanders so zu fördern, dass sie die Kultur der lernenden Organisation prägt, ist Aufgabe der Unternehmensführung, denn sie dient der zukunftssichernden Transformation. Vernetzte Infrastruktur und Inhalte erlauben Transparenz, Partizipation, Offenheit und Fehlertoleranz. Dienstlicher Austausch passiert zwar auch in Kaffeeküchen, doch Wissens-Management und digitale Zusammenarbeit benötigen strategische Verankerung, systematisches Vorgehen, anwenderorientiertes Expertenwissen und einen anderen Führungsstil.
