Abstract

Zusammenfassung Alex Glanzmann ist seit 2016 Leiter Finanzen und Mitglied der Konzernleitung der Schweizerischen Post. Im Gespräch mit Markus Gisler äußert er sich unter anderem zu den Erfolgsfaktoren für eine erfolgreiche agile Transformation der Finanzfunktion, wie man als CFO eine agile Kultur, ein agiles Mindset gestaltet und welche Möglichkeiten der Kommunikation er selber nutzt, um die Mitarbeitenden abzuholen.
